Having raised £1.31 million in new investment from Blackfinch Ventures in January 2020, BookingLive approached HdE AGENCY, with the urgent demand to pivot their product offering to support local and regional authorities better engage with its constituents, a challenge that was significantly accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.
The objective was to develop a high performing social media ad campaign that engaged government and local stakeholders to generate leads and enquiries for their government project.
We began the campaign by creating a set of optimised campaign landing pages. Its aim, to quickly educate new visitors to the site, plus dramatically improve web conversion rates.
Next, we developed our paid ads strategy for social media, combining our public sector knowledge to micro target technology advocates and decision makers from local authorities.
After crafting the perfect journey for BookingLive prospects, we deployed the campaign across the channels.
After thoroughly assessing, communicating, building and delivering this campaign, we were proud to deliver unprecedented results that saw over 50 local authorities and stakeholders engaged with the project.
One particular campaign highlight includes engagement with the Covid Taskforce Lead for The United Nations, with plans to deploy BookingLive solutions globally to support international institutions, who faced similar challenges as their UK counterparts.
