The Telecom Infra Project (TIP), is a telecoms technology accelerator organisation owned by Facebook, Intel, Dell, Telefonica, Vodafone & BT.
TIP approached HdE AGENCY in late 2020 to develop their ambitious global go to market strategy.
The problem was, they did not have an overall strategy or framework to help the organisation ‘land & expand’ into new markets across the world.
The objective was to develop a clear and scaleable go to market (GTM) strategy that identified & connected TIP with telco providers across Russia, North America, South America, APAC & Africa to adopt new TIP Community Labs.
During the research phase, we identified a demand for real time market data to allow their marketing & sales teams to drive conversations in their target territories.
We helped our client understand the opportunities in each of these targeted markets, identifying their addressable audience, re-shaping their product to give them a competitive fit, whilst importantly identifying where and how decision makers engage with services like TIP.
In addition, through social listening and data analysis we identified a thread of common challenges with telco infrastructure projects that closely linked to the clients offering.
By understanding the who, where and when, we then developed a new central marketing and communications model that was fed by real time market intelligence to proactively engage and nurture identified telco providers and government leads.
This approach equipped TIP with over 20,000 live data points and intelligence across their target territories.
This was combined with our proven performance marketing models to drive scaleable engagement, deal flow and meaningful conversations across digital channels, like never seen before.
