
Peaple Talent (PT), is a Bristol based recruitment agency supporting start-ups and emerging technology businesses from across the UK technology industry.
Their vision as recruiters is to be purpose seekers. As an emerging recruitment agency, they help organisations find informed enthusiastic candidates for a variety of roles within the technology sector.
In the last few years the region has seen a dramatic rise in the number of technology recruitment agencies, therefore PT needed a brand identity and digital experience that helped separate them from their competitors.
PT approached HdE AGENCY in 2019, the objective was to develop a bespoke website with custom API integrations with Bullhorn and Broadbean to allow the agency to simultaneously post to multiple jobs boards in one click.
In addition, they wanted our design teams to reimagine their brand identity, giving them a competitive edge in the tech-rec industry.
We started with the visual appeal of the site, focusing our designs on complementing the existing PT brand colours. We also simplified the original proposed site navigation and made it easier for site admins to make updates through the CMS and Broadbean API integration.
Since the site is mainly informational and serves to drive people deeper into the application funnel, we knew browsing for jobs would be one of the top reasons people came to the site.
We therefore introduced a main CTA across the site driving people to the jobs board where they could discover the full range of open opportunities available.
For power users of the site, typically hiring managers looking for support resources, we implemented a search feature that allows users to type in keywords and be taken directly to that resource, providing quick access.
Our approach during the design phase was to craft a fully functional, yet simplistic website and brand that caters to each of its user personas, while also remaining engaging.
We wanted to demonstrate the clients challenger position with an innovative and highly engaging website that promoted content engagement.
After crafting the perfect website for PT, we triple checked it from frontĀ end to back end.
We tested the website on all popular devices and browsers to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. We carefully combed through the site for any necessary last minute changes needed to create the perfect experience for PT and their visitors.
After thoroughly assessing, communicating, building and testing, we were proud to deliver a custom fresh and easy-to-navigate website for PT, accompanied with a simplistic and reimagined brand that reflected its organisational values. From a backend perspective, we were delighted to save the business time by automating job posting and advertising with API integrations.
The new simple and interactive designs were paired with a robust internal platform that allows admins to easily make updates and visitors to navigate quickly throughout the site, allowing PT to offer an enhanced online experience to their visitors.
